Newberg’s newest destination is located on the grounds of the oldest wood-frame Farmhouse in the area. This is the original homestead of one of the pioneer founding fathers of Newberg.
Fully fenced and secluded behind two sets of gates, the Haven is just four short blocks from the restaurants, shops, pubs, tasting rooms and grocery stores of downtown Newberg.
The Haven is a contemporary, open-floor one bedroom, one bath guest home. It is completely fenced and backs up to a wooded area with a creek. It has not one but two gated entrances.
Private and quiet, this home has been designed with your comfort in mind. The king-size bed has a 16 inch green memory foam luxury mattress. The 58”and 32” TVs are HDTV streaming. Appliances are new and high-quality.
The open floor plan on the first floor has a large sectional sofa, a dedicated workspace, a laundry center and a full kitchen.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
Dream Homes of Oregon has been providing our guests with unique and luxurious Oregon lodgings since 2015. The owner/designer, Lauri Hines, lives in each home prior to putting it on the market to determine what amenities and features are needed to provide our guests with a wonderful stay. She regularly returns to stay in each home to determine what updates or upgrades are required. Our dedicated team of maintenance and cleaning professionals closely supervise each turnover and interact with our guests to make sure that we are fulfilling your expectations.
