This beachy urban gem is streetfront, wheelchair accessible, and newly renovated for your next coastal escape. The 652-square-foot open-concept floor plan features an urban rustic design and is more than three times the size of the average hotel room. It comfortably accommodates three adults or two adults and two small children.
The stylish brick and picket fence streetscape entrance leads to a large, welcoming living space. The lounge area centers around a warm gas fireplace set against a dramatic burnt-cedar accent wall. Settle in on the comfortable couch (which converts to a single bed) or matching comfy chair, and enjoy the 55" HDTV. A rustic coffee table provides added storage for games and cards.
The full kitchen is both beautiful and functional, featuring an aged brick veneer wall, custom stainless steel and John Boos butcher block counters, new appliances, and a portable stainless steel island with stainless steel bar stools. A hand-crafted, pub-height rustic dining table offers a great spot for meals, games, or hanging out. A custom ship's wheel and rope lamp fixture hangs overhead, while the pub bench and bar stools accommodate six comfortably.
A wall of windows offers views of the charming Nye Beach neighborhood, the local park, and the Performing Arts Center. Cafe blinds and blackout blinds are provided for your privacy and comfort.
The cozy bedroom nook features a new premium-mattress queen bed with an alternative goose down comforter. It is enclosed on three sides, with a privacy screen on the fourth wall, creating a true sense of retreat within the open space.
The large bathroom features a handmade Talavera sink and an ensuite closet with ample storage.
The Village location gives you the option to leave your car in its reserved parking space and spend the rest of your trip on foot, exploring the beaches, pubs, restaurants, art venues, parks, and shops of Newport, or to use it as a central point for exploring the gorgeous Oregon Coast.
For larger groups, this property can be combined with the adjacent Captain's Quarters to sleep up to 14 comfortably.
Guests sign direct agreements with Dream Homes of Oregon for lodging and deposit. Deposit hold is released 4 days post-checkout. E-sign lodging agreement via messaging.
